QA’s statement of corporate responsibility

At QA we see corporate responsibility (CR) as an integral part of our business, and incorporating a responsible approach in to our day-to-day processes and procedures is of great importance to us. As our business has grown, so the need has grown for us to focus on our social responsibilities, both as an organisation and individuals. 

This document has strong support at board level and we want all our staff and suppliers to see meeting
our high standards as just a starting point, as we continually seek new opportunities to further develop the CR work we do.

We also know our customers are increasingly interested in our approach to CR and would like to encourage a two-way dialogue working towards a common goal. While we work closely with our suppliers to ensure they are upholding our standards, we expect our customers to take the  same approach with us. The processes outlined in this document are just part of the work we are doing to meet their expectations.
